· [ ____ ] Courage 2 B Fabulous Awards – During the Festival – Saturday afternoon, October 4, 2003 ~ Help us publicly recognize the courageous, tireless efforts of people in our community who work from their hearts to fulfill a vision of tolerance and understanding in the middle Georgia lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. ~ $200 min. sponsorship

· [ ____ ] Friendship Sponsor ~ Macon Pride Street Party Festival – Downtown Macon – Saturday morning, October 4, 2003 – Become a Friendship Sponsor of the Festival itself to help us grow an active, positive, progressive and productive LGBT-friendly community in middle Georgia. ~ $100 min. sponsorship

As a sponsor of an event in this year’s Macon Pride Festival Extravaganza, I understand I will have maximum visibility and promotion opportunities up to and during the event to promote my business, services, or goods to event attendees. I understand that multiple sponsors may be participating in my chosen event, and if so, I agree to share all promotional opportunities equally with each sponsor. A maximum contribution of $1,000 in my chosen event will guarantee me exclusive sponsorship rights to the event (offer not valid for the Friendship Sponsorship, please call ahead to confirm availability of exclusive event sponsorship prior to submitting this form – 478-719-0335). I agree to provide pre-printed placards, banners, literature and other promotional items to be used by Macon Pride, Inc. in promoting my business’s involvement with this event. In the event I provide labor to assist with this event, I agree that all representatives of my business will abide by all laws and statutes applicable in Macon, Georgia on the date of the event(s). I release Macon Pride, Inc. and the city of Macon, Georgia of all liability in the event of damage, injury or loss of life, property, and/or merchandise as a result of my participation in or presence at the events comprising the 2003 Macon Pride Festival Extravaganza. Macon Pride, Inc. reserves the right to deny participation in the events of the Macon Pride Festival Extravaganza to any party for any reason that is deemed not to be in the best interest of Macon’s LGBT community or is considered contradictory to Macon Pride, Inc.’s stated goals.
